Players will be evaluated by all coaches on staff. Initial evaluations will generally take place through rondos, positional play games, small-sided games, and scrimmages. All players present at all tryout dates will be fairly evaluated.

• Initial tryouts will begin on January 9, 2023. Players may be released during or after this initial period.

• Players must have ALL forms completed and submitted before attending tryouts.

• After the final day of tryouts, rosters will be posted outside of room 212, room 310, and Band.

Each player must submit the following forms by Friday, December 16 in order to tryout:

• Physical Form - Must be signed by a physician. No participation allowed without a physical.

• Student/Parent Concussion Awareness

• Consent to Treatment

• MCSD Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

• MCSD Code of Conduct

• Team Handbook Acknowledgment

• Release of Medical Info

• Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness
