The Team Academic Award is awarded by the United Soccer Coaches each year as a way to recognize and celebrate the academic achievements of high school and college soccer teams. In order to receive this award, high school teams must achieve a grade point average of 3.25 or better on a 4.0 scale for all players on the roster. Columbus High School Men's Soccer was one of 112 teams in the U.S. to earn this award. The Blue Devils had a GPA of 4.16, the highest of any other Georgia team receiving this award.
